Benefits of Kinesiology

Since the body can be balanced in line with any goal that a client may wish to achieve, kinesiology has benefits in many areas. Some of the main areas in which kinesiology may be of benefit are:-

A Healthy Balance utilises the Professional Kinesiology Practice style of kinesiology (known in the industry as PKP). PKP utilises a balance protocol and finger mode database developed in New Zealand by a medical doctor - Doctor Bruce Dewe -around 30 years ago.

The PKP protocol and full set of finger modes allow the body to direct the practitioner to exactly what it needs via a system of approximately 300 “finger modes” – made by touching various fingers to various places on the hand or other fingers.

Each finger mode correlates to a specific kinesiology technique, allowing the body to choose the priority techniques needed for the issue which is currently being addressed.

The PKP Difference

Kinesiology is a complementary health therapy, which uses muscle testing to allow the body to communicate energetic imbalances which block its ability to fuction at an optimum level. It is a holistic therapy which recognises that these imbalances may be of a chemical, nutritional, emotional, physical or other nature.

Identified imbalances can then be addressed (or balanced) using an extensive database of techniques, allowing the body to access its own innate healing ability and empowering the client with the choice to make improvements to their life and health.
